The license covers your own computers where a supported release is available. Review the release availability and requirements and feature tour with actual app examples. Email us with any essential workflow or compatibility question before purchasing.

Once checkout is available, confirmed purchases will receive an email with a license key, a license file and download instructions. You can transfer the installer and license to a fully offline computer.

Before purchasing, read the license terms, refund policy and privacy policy. We refund unresolved technical problems reported within 14 calendar days of purchase under that policy. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery; statutory rights and refunds required by the payment provider remain protected.

Release availability and requirements

No commercial installer is on sale yet. macOS, Windows and Linux are planned; availability depends on the released installer for your platform. Before accepting payment we will list each tested release’s supported operating-system versions, processor architecture, memory and disk requirements, included data coverage and any platform-specific limitations here. A development build or planned platform is not a supported commercial release.

Ephemeris Lab calculates and displays charts; it does not supply interpretations, readings or AI-generated advice. Review the included workflows and example screens, calculation scope and license coverage. Ask hi@ephemerislab.app if you need a particular technique, import format or operating system. Change-of-mind refunds after delivery are excluded under our voluntary policy.

Installation, updates and recovery

1. After confirmed payment, save the license email, its .ephemeris-license attachment, the accepted terms and refund policy, and an installer for your purchased major version and computer.
2. For an air-gapped computer, transfer these files using your chosen local medium. Install the app, open Settings → License, accept the terms, and choose the license file or paste the key. Neither installation of the key nor continued use requires online activation.
3. Included planetary and place data work locally. Any optional data pack you want must also be acquired and transferred before using it offline; consult the released installer’s instructions and data coverage.
4. Minor updates are optional manual installer downloads within your purchased major version. Back up your library first. No update is required to keep a valid license working; future major upgrades may be sold separately.

Compatible installers remain available while we operate the download service. Keep your own copies for long-term offline reinstallation. Resend your license email if you need another copy. For an unavailable installer, mistaken withdrawal or lost access to your purchase address, email hi@ephemerislab.app. We verify the purchase before changing the recovery address. Never email payment-card details or private client charts.

License email normally arrives within a few minutes after confirmed payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check spam and contact us with the purchase reference. We aim to reply within two business days. Payment receipts and transaction support are provided through Link.
